By downloading or using Lunara, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Lunara is a mobile app that provides AI-assisted tarot and astrology readings for personal reflection and entertainment.
2. Not Advice
Content in Lunara is for reflection and entertainment only. It is not medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice. Decisions about your life remain your own. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or a crisis hotline.
3. Subscriptions
Lunara offers auto-renewing subscriptions:
- Weekly — $9.99/week, with a 3-day free trial for new users.
- Yearly — $39.99/year.
Pricing in other currencies follows Apple’s App Store pricing tiers.
Auto-renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
Trial: The 3-day trial converts to a paid weekly subscription if not cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
4. Acceptable Use
Don’t use Lunara to harass others, to attempt to bypass technical protections, or to scrape large amounts of AI-generated content for redistribution.
5. Intellectual Property
App design, illustrations, and brand are © 2026 Artem Osetrov. Tarot card meanings draw on the public-domain Rider-Waite tradition. AI-generated readings are provided to you for personal use.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Lunara is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Lunara.
8. Termination
You can stop using Lunara at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend access for users who violate these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be highlighted in-app.
